PARTICIPANT RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
This form is to be used by all fishing tournament participants. Must be 18 years of age or older.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the tournament, related events and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

I have read and understand the Official Rules of this tournament. I will obey all rules and understand that any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
I understand and acknowledge that competitive fishing is a dangerous sport, the risk and which include, though not exclusively, injuries from hooks and other fishing paraphernalia, collisions in the water, and drowning. I voluntarily assume responsibility for all these risks identified and not identified, and all risk of injury or death or damage/theft to myself or my property, or to others, including spectators and their property arising from my participation in this tournament.
I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless and indemnify, TEXAS KAYAK BASSACRE, Officers, Directors, Tournament Workers, Host Sponsors and tournament officials from ALL liability, claims, or rights of action which are related to, arise out of or in any way connected with my participation in this tournament, including specifically but not limited to the negligent acts or omissions of  TEXAS KAYAK BASSACRE, it’s partners, agents, employees and all other persons/entities associated with this tournament, for any and all injury, death, illness/disease, and other damage/loss of property suffered by myself or others. In signing this document, I acknowledge and agree that if any of the above events were to occur even those not specified above), I have not right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against TEXAS KAYAK BASSACRE, Officers, Directors, Tournament Workers, Host Sponsors and tournament officials, and its partners, agents or employees and all other persons/entities associated with this tournament.
My acceptance reflects that I have read this entire document, understand it completely, and agree to be bound by its terms.
